Not Medical Advice

We are not doctors, registered dietitians, or medical professionals. The calorie and macronutrient targets generated by our software are estimates based on standard formulas (such as Mifflin-St Jeor). These recommendations do not take into account your specific medical history, medications, or metabolic disorders.

Consult Your GP

Always seek the advice of your General Practitioner (GP) or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read on the Application.

  • If you think you may have a medical emergency, call 999 or 111 immediately.

You should not use MyMacroGo if you:

  • Are under 18 years of age.

  • Are pregnant or breastfeeding.

  • Have a history of eating disorders (such as anorexia or bulimia).

  • Have Type 1 Diabetes or other metabolic conditions requiring medical supervision.

  • Are underweight (BMI < 18.5).

You acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating in the use of the Application and that you are solely responsible for your health. You assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which you might incur as a result of using the Application or following its recommendations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law (including the Consumer Rights Act 2015), MyMacroGo Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Application.
