These terms govern your use of the MyMacroGo app and website. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy and Health Disclaimer.
1. Who we are
The service is provided by MyMacroGo Ltd, registered in England & Wales (Company No. 16775441), 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use MyMacroGo. By using the service you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us straight away if you think your account has been compromised.
4. Subscriptions & billing
- MyMacroGo is free to download and free to log meals. Premium features require a paid subscription.
- Premium includes a 14-day free trial. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your chosen plan begins automatically.
- Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and renew automatically until cancelled.
- You can cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal; it doesn't refund the current period.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their store policies.
5. The service & estimates
MyMacroGo provides nutrition guidance, including AI estimates of calories and macros. These are estimates, not exact measurements, and may be wrong. We show confidence where we can and ask you to use your own judgment. We don't guarantee any particular health or fitness outcome.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service. In particular, you must not break the law, attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape our systems, upload false or harmful data, or interfere with other users. Our full Community Guidelines apply to anything you share.
7. Your content
You keep ownership of the content you create (such as photos and logs). By uploading it, you grant us a licence to host and display it so we can run the service. You're responsible for having the right to share anything you upload.
8. Intellectual property
The MyMacroGo name, logo, software, design and content are owned by MyMacroGo Ltd and protected by law. You may not copy, modify or redistribute them without our permission.

MyMacroGo is not a medical device or a substitute for professional advice. Please read our full Health Disclaimer before relying on any targets the app provides.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, MyMacroGo Ltd is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
11. Termination
You can stop using MyMacroGo and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or our Community Guidelines.
12. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes we'll let you know, and continued use after that means you accept the updated terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
